Refund policy

Once The Placenta Pill, LLC contractors have taken possession of the placenta, no refunds will be issued for any reason (other than encapsulation equipment power failure).

If you develop an infection during labor and/or your placenta is deemed unusable prior to pickup, we offer a full refund, excluding processing fees. Please note that processing fees are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for refund. To discuss a refund, simply reach out to your encapsulation specialist, and we will be happy to assist you.
